We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, order details, and payment references (e.g. Lipa Namba transaction IDs). If you register on the web, we also store a password (encrypted). WhatsApp orders are linked to your phone number.

We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, confirm payments, send order updates (including via WhatsApp), improve our service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Sharing & security
We share order information only with our delivery and operations team as needed to fulfil your order. We use secure connections (HTTPS) and restrict admin access to authorised staff. Keep your login details private.
